Expert Test Prep & Math Tutor

I’m Naomi, a dedicated tutor with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Harvard University. For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students from kindergarten to college in a wide range of subjects, helping them unlock their potential with confidence.

As an experienced test prep tutor, I specialize in preparing students for the ACT, SAT, ISEE and SSAT, as well as math courses ranging from elementary school through Calculus. My approach balances content mastery with emotional readiness, ensuring students feel prepared and supported. 

I believe the most important part of tutoring is actively listening and paying close attention to each student’s needs. Not all students voice their confusion—some may try to move on or give up if they find a concept difficult to understand. I strive to create a learning environment that encourages all questions and remain attentive to any gaps in understanding.  I believe that any student can excel when given the right support—and it’s my responsibility to adapt my teaching style to each student’s needs.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing guitar and violin, improving my French, and playing tennis. I enjoy exploring new cities, solving puzzles, and reading in my downtime.
